Sender responsibilities

Senders are responsible for accurate listings, lawful contents, and safe handoff. Parselz connects you with travelers; we do not inspect packages or clear customs.

You are responsible for an accurate description, lawful contents, appropriate packaging, and compliance with customs and import/export rules. Parselz helps connect you with travelers; it does not clear customs or verify contents.

  • Describe weight, dimensions, and contents honestly.
  • Package items so they are safe to handle and transport.
  • Plan for customs and import rules on your route — you remain responsible for compliance.

Traveler responsibilities

Travelers should only carry items they are comfortable with and that comply with laws where they travel. You may decline or withdraw if something does not look right.

Review each parcel carefully before offering to carry it. You must follow laws where you travel. You may decline or withdraw if something seems wrong.

  • Read the parcel listing and messages before you commit.
  • Keep communication in the app when possible so there is a clear record.
  • If anything feels off, step back — it is always okay to decline.

Payments, disputes & evidence

Payments run through our checkout partner. If something goes wrong after payment, disputes are reviewed with the information both sides provide.

Parselz facilitates connections between senders and travelers. We do not transport goods, provide customs clearance, or guarantee outcomes. Serious or repeated violations may lead to account restrictions. Some disputes may require evidence such as photos, messages, or receipts.

Helpful evidence

Helpful evidence includes dated photos, in‑app messages, tracking or receipts, and a clear timeline. You do not need perfect documentation — share what you have.

Account trust & policy enforcement

We may restrict accounts that put others at risk or repeatedly break marketplace rules. Enforcement is proportionate and aimed at keeping the community safe — not punishing honest mistakes.

  • Serious or repeated violations may lead to warnings, temporary limits, or account restrictions.
  • We do not catch every issue before it happens — stay vigilant and use in-app tools to report concerns.
  • Admin review may reference policy risk flags on listings; those align with the prohibited categories above.

Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Terms describe the agreement between you and Parselz.
